Virtual Assistant – Client Follow-Up & Support Calls (U.S. Accent Preferred)

We’re looking for a friendly, professional Virtual Assistant to place follow-up and welcome calls to our clients after they sign up for services or download free toolkits from our website. Responsibilities: Make welcome and weekly follow-up calls to new leads and clients Use provided call scripts (no cold calling – all warm leads) Confirm receipt of toolkits and help answer basic questions Remind clients to complete their intake forms Log call results into a shared Google Sheet Alert our team if any client needs a live support callback Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills U.S. accent preferred for client trust and clarity Experience making follow-up calls or customer support calls Reliable internet and quiet environment Nice to Have: Experience in credit repair, grant support, or business services Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) is a plus
