Creative Strategist for DTC Skincare Brand
We need someone who can own the creative engine of the brand—leading everything from scripting and sourcing UGC to producing high-converting visuals for Meta (Facebook + Instagram). ✅ Responsibilities: • Script UGC-style video ads built for performance (clear hook, problem, solution, CTA) • Build creative briefs and direct UGC creators to deliver weekly content • Research pain points, objections, and trends using Meta Ads Library, Reddit, TikTok, etc. • Oversee editing of UGC, reels, and static ad assets • Analyze top-performing angles and iterate weekly • Optional (but a huge bonus): Run paid Meta campaigns and help test/scale ads ⸻
