Your Role Will Include: Technical Writing: Create clear, user-friendly guides/knowledge bases for software/products and assist in implementing digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe, Appcues) to enhance user onboarding. Blog Content: Produce 50+ blog posts using AI-generated prompts while adhering to strict brand guidelines, tone, and SEO best practices. Organic Content Strategy: Develop social media posts, blog articles, and brand narratives that align with client strategies (from tech to lifestyle niches). Adaptation & Creativity: Shift seamlessly between industries (SaaS, e-com, entertainment) and formats (video scripts, long-form guides, snappy social captions).
