We’re looking for a visionary yet grounded strategist to help us build and launch with clarity, resonance, and power. Someone who can architect a launch that becomes legend—and co-create the blueprint that takes us from zero to a thousand, and beyond. The Role You’ll be the master planner behind our go-to-market launch. From foundational brand strategy to omnichannel messaging and content architecture, you’ll map the movements that get us traction, loyalty, and lift-off. You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and core team to translate his healing journey and mission into a compelling growth strategy. That includes psychographic positioning, launch sequencing, channel prioritization, influencer and affiliate modeling, and early-stage growth loops. This is for someone who lives at the intersection of brand, soul, systems, and scale—and wants to build something that rewires culture. You Might Be a Fit If You: • Can create a category-defining GTM plan, not just manage campaigns • Know how to architect strategy for direct-to-consumer wellness brands • Have worked in or around psychedelics, mental health, or sacred entrepreneurship • Understand both performance strategy and narrative resonance • Can develop messaging banks, psychographic personas, content maps, influencer systems • Love creating clarity, order, and traction in fast-moving, high-intensity environments • Have worked closely with founders and know how to translate vision into structure • Are a clean communicator, emotionally intelligent, spiritually grounded • Want to help usher in a new model of mental health that actually heals people Bonus Points If You: • Have a personal connection to healing, integration, or psychedelics • Have launched wellness brands from scratch • Have built Reddit, YouTube, or Instagram growth systems in highly regulated spaces • Can help design ethical, energetic influencer and affiliate networks • Love bringing systems and soul into harmony This is a rare chance to build a brand that doesn’t just make noise—it opens hearts.
