We’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who can: • Build and manage our early-stage social presence (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, etc) • Execute and schedule content designed by our strategist • Help shape our community voice and engage with aligned audiences • Participate in early campaign ideation and adapt content across formats • Test content, track engagement, optimize for traction You are: • A hands-on executor who can design, write, post, and engage • Skilled in Canva, scheduling tools, and basic video editing • Intuitively aligned with wellness, mental health, or inner healing • Not afraid to start from zero—you love building something meaningful Bonus Points If You: • Have a personal connection to healing, integration, or psychedelics • Have launched wellness brands from scratch • Have built Reddit, YouTube, or Instagram growth systems in highly regulated spaces If you can write captions that carry clean energy...
