We're a boutique, nurse practitioner-led cosmetic dermatology clinic looking for a Virtual Social Media Manager to manage our Instagram and Facebook accounts. This role includes content planning, design, caption writing, ad creation, and maintaining our current brand consistency. Responsibilities: Plan, create and schedule monthly content (posts, Reels, Stories) Design on-brand graphics using Canva Write engaging, educational, and friendly captions Engage with followers Increase brand awareness and follower counts Create and manage Facebook/Instagram ads (lead gen + awareness) Track insights and engagement metrics Maintain visual + voice consistency with our brand Requirements: 2+ years managing social media for skincare/aesthetic/wellness brands Canva + Meta Ads Manager experience required Strong writing skills + design eye Reliable, self-sufficient, and responsive during Central Time hours Bonus if you have experience in medical aesthetics or luxury beauty!
