We're seeking a creative, strategy driven, pet loving Social Media Content Specialist to grow our online presence, encourage app downloads, grow our member base, and share the company vision with our online audience. About the Role: As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be the digital voice of Offleash’d. You’ll create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube to grow our community and increase brand visibility. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about pets, fluent in internet culture, and understands how to use social media to drive awareness and downloads. Key Responsibilities: Help to develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with Offleash’d’s brand goals. Create and schedule engaging video and static content (posts, Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.) across all platforms. *Visit local pet-focused businesses to capture videos for social media content (pet friendly restaurants, local pet stores, pet focused vendors. Monitor trends, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction. Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, marketing) to align campaigns and content. Refer to the social content calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting. Create, manage and analyze all social media ads via Meta Business Suite. Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports with insights and suggestions. *Attend and support live or virtual events through social media coverage and promotion. Work with micro influencers and user-generated content to increase reach and engagement. You’re a Great Fit If You: Have 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or startup or are pursuing a college degree in Marketing or a similar field. Are an expert in Instagram, TikTok, and content best practices for growing reach and engagement. Have strong creative skills (can write captions, direct and edit high quality visual video content, and identify trends). Understand brand voice and know how to adapt it to different platforms. Are organized, independent, and proactive about testing new ideas. Can use tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Adobe Photoshop, video Editing software or similar scheduling and editing software. *If Applicable
