I’m a solo founder of a bootstrapped, calendar‑based budgeting / cash‑flow forecasting web app aimed at people with variable income (freelancers, independent contractors, commission‑based workers, etc.). Revenue is growing steadily, but marketing is still a one‑person show—me. I’m looking for a hands‑on U.S.‑based growth marketer who can own user‑acquisition experiments end‑to‑end, free up my time to focus on product, and turn our trickle of sign‑ups into a steady stream. Must‑have skills & experience: 1. 3+ years in SaaS growth marketing (preferably sub‑$1 M ARR stage). 2. Proven acquisition wins in the personal‑finance / FinTech niche (show me numbers). 3. Deep understanding of subscription funnels (trial → activation → paid) 4. Hands‑on with Google & Meta Ads AND at least one of: TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, or influencer/affiliate programs. 5. Strong SEO fundamentals (keyword research, topic clustering, on‑page & off‑page tactics). 6. Ability to write & edit clear, compliant, jargon‑free finance copy that converts. 7. Data‑driven mindset: comfortable in GA4, SQL‑ish filters, cohort analysis, A/B testing tools. 8. Self‑starter who can design an experiment roadmap with minimal hand‑holding and iterate fast on a shoestring budget.
