We’re a fast-growing real estate technology company looking for a strategic marketing leader who can bridge vision and execution. This is not a typical marketing task role—we need someone who can diagnose issues, craft smart strategies, and bring them to life with clarity, precision, and speed. In addition to executing campaigns and building systems, you’ll work closely with our industry-specific consulting team to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, and ensure consistent implementation across marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Own and evolve our go-to-market strategy in collaboration with leadership and our consulting partners Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging, and positioning across audiences Implement and manage HubSpot workflows, automations, segmentation, and reporting Build and launch email campaigns, lead funnels, and AI-driven outreach Work directly with our consulting team to implement their guidance across content, messaging, and campaign execution Manage and optimize our website, social presence, and marketing assets Lead audience engagement efforts, newsletter creation, and outbound initiatives Track performance, test ideas, report insights, and constantly optimize for results Ideal Candidate: Strategic thinker who thrives in startup environments and loves wearing multiple hats Strong background in real estate or PropTech (preferred) Deep experience with HubSpot, CRM management, and marketing automations Proactive communicator who’s comfortable leading, collaborating, and adapting Not just a doer — a problem-solver who understands the “why” behind the work Able to absorb strategy from others and turn it into effective, scalable execution This is a freelance/contract opportunity with potential for long-term work.
