Influencer Sourcing

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Contractor to support our team across multiple influencer campaigns. This temporary role will focus on researching, sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and communicating with influencers to help execute high-performing brand partnerships. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct influencer research based on campaign briefs, including niche, audience demographics, engagement metrics, and platform performance · Source and present qualified influencer options to internal stakeholders and/or clients · Vet influencers for brand alignment, authenticity, and content quality · Initiate outreach and manage communications with potential partners · Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and compensation in line with campaign budgets · Maintain clear documentation of communications and agreements · Support influencer onboarding, including contracts, briefs, and tracking tools · Ensure timely content delivery and coordinate with the team on reviews and approvals Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media · Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, etc.) · Experience using influencer tools (e.g., Tagger, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, etc.) a plus · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Comfortable working independently and managing multiple campaigns at once · Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-moving projects · Experience in healthcare and /or finance is a plus
