I would like professional support for our services via a PDF we will send with email marketing or when I client company says, send me something about your firm that is very clean, organized and susinctly explains what we do and our credibility. Our audience is typically logical in thier thinking, less emotional so more information that supports a logical thinker with some sort of graphic that isn't too much but adds a sense of class and sophistication. It's an old industry, so looking too innovative and edgy I don't personally will resonate with them as well. Our website will have added content - but again, it needs a complete refresh so I would suggest you go into this project fresh and not leaning too heavily toward our look/feel/images but it will help you understand what we do.
