Sales Enablement and Salesforce Analyst Needed

We are seeking a knowledgeable Sales Enablement and Salesforce Analyst to enhance our sales processes and optimize our use of Salesforce. The ideal candidate will analyze sales data, develop training materials, and provide actionable insights to support our sales team in achieving their goals. Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and analytics is essential. We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support our B2B sales organization. This role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, optimizing sales processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the commercial team. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Performance Analytics & Forecasting: Develop and maintain robust analytics dashboards and KPIs to monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance across all stages of the funnel. Deliver actionable insights that support sales strategy, coaching, and performance optimization. • Opportunity Management & Funnel Optimization: Build frameworks to track and report on opportunity progression through the sales funnel, including the ramp up of actual orders from closed opportunities. Collaborate with sales representatives and sales leaders to drive data accuracy. • Process Optimization: Actively engage in pipeline management meetings to identify bottlenecks and collaborate on practical solutions to drive efficiency across the sales process. • Technology & Tools Management: Lead the evaluation, implementation, and administration of sales technologies including CRM (Salesforce), content management systems, and enablement platforms. Drive automation and standardization wherever possible. • Revenue Reporting & Forecasting Support: Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations Leadership to support sales forecasting and goal-setting. Support reporting for executive and board-level visibility. • Other Sales Support: Provide data-driven insights on territory design, rep performance, and other ad hoc analyses that support sales effectiveness. Requirements: • Experience: 3+ years as an analyst in sales operations or similar role supporting B2B sales organizations. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and hands-on Salesforce CRM experience; familiarity with BI tools like Power BI is a plus. • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. • Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate across functions. • Project Management: Organized and detail-oriented. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
