Description: We’re looking for a tech-savvy, proactive Recruiting Assistant to support our internal hiring process. This is a remote, part-time to near full-time contract role (25–40 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance. About Us: Artisan Direct specializes in hiring and managing 1099 contractors nationwide for signage placement. We support high-volume, fast-moving campaigns that require strong attention to detail, weekend coordination, and great communication. What You’ll Do: -Own and support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling, and onboarding -Cold call applicants to assess interest and explain role details -Use mapping tools (like Google Maps) to evaluate candidate proximity to installation sites -Help new hires navigate our private internal app during onboarding -Maintain candidate status in tracking tools like Google Sheets or our ATS -Communicate with weekend installers when needed (light coverage) -Report status updates, pipeline gaps, and drop-offs to the Manager of Talent Acquisition -Keep records organized and updated across multiple platforms Who You Are: -Organized, responsive, and confident in outreach (especially by phone/text) -Tech-comfortable — you’ll be trained, but we use tools like Google Sheets, Zoho Recruit (or JazzHR), Google Maps, and Cliq -Detail-oriented and eager to take ownership of your candidate pipeline -You’re available during core weekday hours (EST), with light weekend availability for installer check-ins -You’re comfortable learning internal systems and supporting others on how to use them Success in this role looks like: -Maintaining timely candidate communication, helping fill open routes quickly, and keeping accurate records of outreach and onboarding.
