Care Coordinator/Scheduler

Position: Care Coordinator / Scheduler Location: Remote / Arizona-based preferred Type: Part-time / PRN Compensation: $21–$30/hour (negotiable based on experience) About Us: Violet Residential Service Agency is a growing non-medical home care provider proudly serving Arizona. We offer compassionate, 24/7 in-home care services to seniors and individuals in need of assistance to live safely and confidently at home. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain weekly caregiver schedules using CareSmartz360 Match client care needs with caregiver qualifications Handle call-outs and shift changes in a timely, professional manner Assist with onboarding new caregivers into the scheduling system Serve as a point of contact between clients, families, and caregivers Qualifications: Experience in home care scheduling or staffing coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with CareSmartz360 or similar software a plus CNA, HHA, or healthcare background preferred but not required Education Requirements Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields: Healthcare Administration Human Services Social Work Public Health Business Administration Additional Assets: Training or certification in care coordination, medical office administration, or health information management is a plus. Familiarity with care scheduling platforms (e.g., CareSmartz360) and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
