Zoom Expert Needed for Interactive Nursing Town Hall Event (May 22)
Job Description: I'm hosting a virtual Town Hall for 50-200+ nursing professionals on May 22 at 7PM EST, and need a Zoom expert to help create an engaging, interactive experience. Requirements: Set up and manage Zoom webinar/meeting features including polls, Q&A, breakout rooms Implement creative engagement tools (voting, data collection, audience participation) Help showcase "Chapter Pride Virtual Parties" from multiple locations during the event Provide pre-event technical support and day-of management Work collaboratively with me to transfer skills so I can learn these techniques I want this to be a collaborative process where we work together, not just a handoff. The event is for a nursing honor society (Sigma Theta Tau International) with attendees from 32 chapters across New England and Eastern Canada. Previous town halls are available on our YouTube channel for reference. Budget: Negotiable! I understand that producing large zoom webinars and video editing is talent and willing to negotiate with the right candidate. Most important for me is coming in with a fun attitude and running a dynamic zoom call that attendees will enjoy.
