We’re looking for a senior HubSpot Engineer to partner with our team and take ownership of key workflows across Sales, CRM, and Billing Automation. We’re a fast-growing company that relies on HubSpot to manage sales outreach, client onboarding, and lifecycle communication. As we scale, we need an expert who knows HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub inside and out — someone who can architect and implement clean, efficient automations that keep our team focused on high-impact work, not manual tasks. You’ll work alongside our operations and sales team to: -Audit current HubSpot configuration and recommend improvements -Set up deal pipelines, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and automated follow-ups -Build workflows for client onboarding, renewals, churn prevention, and re-engagement -Integrate HubSpot with Stripe or other billing tools to automate invoicing & subscription management -Create smart lists, email sequences, and lead segmentation strategies -Support team with custom properties, reporting dashboards, and task automation -Ensure proper data hygiene, deduplication, and structure across contacts and companies Ideal Candidate -HubSpot-certified or equivalent hands-on experience with Sales Hub + Marketing Hub -Deep experience setting up advanced workflows, triggers, and automation logic -Familiar with Stripe (or other billing tools) and integrating billing workflows into HubSpot -Strong communication skills – can work closely with our internal team and translate needs into technical setups -Strategic mindset – not just a task-taker, but someone who can guide us toward best practices Bonus: Familiarity with service-based businesses and B2B sales models
