Medical Billing needed for therapist(s)
Searching for someone to do medical billing for my therapy business long term. There are times where clients have questions - you will be provided with your own email address to answer their questions and communicate with assistants and others concerning billing. You will have your own login to handling billing through our EHR system. You need to know how to complete these tasks, however you may not be responsible for all the tasks : Charge entry Pre/Prior Authorizations (Electronic) Verification of Benefits/ Eligibility Checks (Electronic) Electronic and paper claim submission Dedicated follow-up Denial management Claim correction and/or re-submission Government, commercial, and private billing Payment posting/adjustments (Will be done as soon as we receive them) Patient statements (Electronic) Soft collections: up to 3 past due notices per DOS and a follow-up call Tracking/claims management Managing collections Weekly / monthly customized reports Patient inquiries Coding Audits - At the provider's request There will be 3 pre-licensed clinicians who will be billing under 1 clinician. This is not an hourly position. I'm willing to pay a percentage of my revenue for services - starting at 3.99%
