Presentation & Visual Content Consultant (Slide Refinement and Graphics)
Aquagga is seeking a detail-oriented and creative consultant to support our Marketing team with slide refinement and visual graphic creation. This role blends design precision with brand consistency, ensuring all materials—whether used for external thought leadership presentations or case studies—adhere to our established Brand Guidelines. This is an as-needed, project-based role, with an estimated commitment of 0–10 hours per week depending on Marketing priorities. Assigned work may fluctuate based on event schedules and project needs. You will work closely with our team to: - Format and refine presentation decks ahead of conferences, meetings, and speaking engagements. - Ensure slide content is clean, professional, and error-free while meeting submission specifications. - Design original graphics (charts, tables, illustrations, infographics) for inclusion in case studies and marketing collateral. - Apply Aquagga's Brand Guidelines across all visual outputs to ensure consistency in style, color, and typography. - Collaborate asynchronously with our team, often turning around polished materials quickly in advance of events or project deadlines. **Role Requirements:** - Strong internet connection and reliable access to Zoom or Google Meet for occasional video calls. - Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Docs, Drive) and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Access to and expertise in professional design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva). - Experience working within established Brand Guidelines and applying them consistently across both presentations and standalone graphics. - Familiarity with APA writing standards/formatting, including in-slide citations, reference formatting, and proper figure/table labeling for scientific or technical content. - Ability to refine slide decks and translate rough or technical content into polished, professional visuals. - Skilled at recreating low-quality or non-branded charts, tables, and diagrams into high-quality, marketing-ready assets. - Reliable communication and responsiveness to asynchronous feedback within 24–48 hours. - Strong attention to detail, written English skills, and ability to ensure clean, consistent visual storytelling. **Ideal Skills & Experience:** - Advanced PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Illustrator (or Figma/Canva) skills. - Experience applying brand guidelines to design work. - Background in marketing and graphic design preferred. - Ability to manage feedback and revisions with attention to detail and consistency. - Comfortable working with remote teams and juggling multiple deadlines. **Deliverables may include:** - Polished slide decks that follow Aquagga's Brand Guidelines. - Custom charts and visuals to replace or enhance team-drafted content. - Graphics for case studies and other written materials.
