Role Overview We are seeking a seasoned UKG Solutions Architecture Consultant to support our clients’ enterprise workforce management and HRIS goals. This ad hoc role requires deep expertise across the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform, including Workforce Central, Dimensions, Ready, and Pro modules. You’ll act as a solutions architect, advisor, and technical implementer across multiple client engagements. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating both functional HR workflows and back-end configuration and thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. Key Responsibilities 50% UKG System Configuration & Architecture Design, configure, and implement solutions across all major UKG modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Analytics. Lead data mapping, integrations, and workflow design tailored to client-specific needs. Evaluate existing client architecture and recommend system enhancements or optimizations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with client stakeholders. 30% Client Enablement & Project Collaboration Translate business processes into UKG configuration strategies and best practices. Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership stakeholders to align technical solutions with operational goals. Provide ad hoc support, guidance, and training to ensure sustainable system adoption and utilization. 20% Documentation & Process Improvement Document architecture decisions, configuration plans, and support workflows for handoff and auditability. Recommend and prototype automation opportunities (e.g., onboarding flows, internal mobility, time-off requests). Contribute to internal knowledge libraries and implementation playbooks. Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with UKG products, including Pro, Ready, Workforce Central, or Dimensions. Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-level UKG architecture across HR and WFM modules. Strong understanding of data flows, integrations (APIs, middleware), and reporting tools within UKG. Ability to work independently in a consulting or contractor setting with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Preferred Candidates will have: UKG certifications in Pro, Ready, or Dimensions. Experience integrating UKG with ATS, ERP, or payroll systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP). Familiarity with compliance in industries such as healthcare, government, or manufacturing.
