What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We're seeking a warm, compassionate, faith-welcome professional to connect with individuals who have requested information about our faith-aligned financial programs. Your role will be to guide them through the first step of their journey—answering questions, gently prequalifying their situation, and scheduling them for a consultation with a Senior Advisor. This is a people-first, service-oriented role, not sales or telemarketing. You won’t be cold-calling from a dialer or facing frustrated voices—instead, you'll be following up with people who have already reached out and are often grateful to hear from someone who understands. Many of our clients are going through difficult seasons, and we take a calm, caring approach to ease their moment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, intake coordination, or financial counseling, and be comfortable working independently in a quiet, remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and/or text with warmth, clarity, and professionalism Conduct light screening to assess whether a client is a good fit for our services Schedule qualified individuals for consultations with our senior advisors Maintain accurate notes and client status updates within our CRM Follow up with those who have shown interest but haven’t yet taken the next step What We’re Looking For: Faith-welcoming and willing to honor the faith component of our business Excellent verbal communication and phone presence Kind, nonjudgmental demeanor—especially when speaking with people in financial distress Organized and self-motivated; able to manage follow-ups and scheduling without supervision Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, HighLevel, or similar CRM platforms Requirements: Quiet, reliable remote work environment Strong written and spoken English U.S.-based (due to nature of client base and time zones) Why You Might Love This Role: This isn’t sales—it’s service. You’ll be helping real people who are reaching out for help, and your voice may be the first one they hear offering calm, practical guidance. If you're someone who finds purpose in supporting others through tough moments, this role could be a beautiful fit.
