What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re hiring a high-performing, US or Canada-based appointment setter to support our partner team at Klaviyo. Your role will be to drive new and re-engaged conversations with a targeted list of pre-defined partner accounts across the North America region. This project is ideal for someone with proven experience in outbound prospecting, sales development, or business development, who knows how to ramp up fast, follow structured outreach, and deliver results quickly. You'll be reaching out to potential and dormant partners, with the goal of generating qualified appointments for our team to pursue. Key Responsibilities: - Execute outbound calls and messages to a pre-vetted list of partner accounts to generate a target of 20+ qualified appointments per week - Follow outreach frameworks and call scripts to spark interest and secure meetings. - Re-engage dormant partner contacts to help generate new conversations. - Maintain daily tracking and reporting in a shared spreadsheet to show outreach volume, connection rates, and booked appointments. - Share insights from outreach to help us continuously improve messaging and targeting. What We’re Looking For: - US or Canada-based with excellent spoken and written English. - Strong background in appointment setting, outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, or business development. - Ability to ramp quickly and begin producing meaningful activity and results within the first week. - Self-starter with a track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs. - Comfortable using defined messaging but also can personalize and adjust in real time. - Highly organized and consistent in daily tracking and reporting. Bonus if you have: Experience working with partner/channel teams or in the MarTech / e-commerce space.
