Microsoft Outlook Expert Needed
On Friday, when I opened Microsoft Outlook on my Dell desktop computer, new emails wouldn’t populate and I received an error message “CAA200B.” I tried to repair Outlook by running Microsoft’s built-in tools associated with Windows, but it didn’t work. Then I tried re-installing Office 2021 and that also didn’t fix the problem. From there, I researched other possible solutions online and tried to delete (and then recreate) my Outlook profile. I must have done that incorrectly because now I can’t open Outlook at all, even in safe mode. I’d like someone to fix Outlook remotely so I can again open the application on my desktop computer. GoDaddy hosts my email so fortunately I’m still getting emails on my phone.
