Outbound Telemarketer for Physical Therapy Tools
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable outbound telemarketer to reach out to physical therapy or occupational therapy clinics and introduce them to our shoulder therapy tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or massage therapy to effectively communicate the benefits of our products in regards to shoulder mechanics and anatomy. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to physical therapy and occupational therapy clinics across the United States. Product Introduction: Introduce RangeMaster's physical therapy tools and offer free samples to interested clinics. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clinic staff and decision-makers. Including gathering names and contact information. Follow-Up: Track interactions and follow-up with leads to ensure product delivery and gather feedback. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes in our CRM system. Qualifications Preferred Background: Degree or certification in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or massage therapy. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone demeanor. Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Why Join Us?
