Customer Scheduling for Free Tune-Up Service

Job Title: Appointment Scheduler for Free Home Tune-Up Service (Commission-Based) We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to help schedule appointments for a free home tune-up service offered by our local energy company. This role involves contacting potential customers, clearly explaining the service, understanding their availability, and booking appointments accordingly. Key Responsibilities: Call or message prospective customers to offer and schedule free tune-up services. Gather customer availability and efficiently coordinate appointments. Maintain clear, professional communication at all times. Requirements: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or very clear accent — communication must be easily understood by customers. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Organized, self-motivated, and reliable. Experience in appointment setting or customer service is a plus. Compensation: You will be paid $5 per successfully scheduled and completed appointment. We currently have 2 technicians, each able to complete 2–3 appointments per day. By the end of June, we expect to expand to 4 technicians, each completing up to 4 appointments daily — that’s 16 tune-ups per day, meaning more earning potential for you as the team grows.
