Job Opportunity: IPO Process Advisor (Client-Facing Role) We are seeking a seasoned IPO Process Advisor to join our team and support one of our clients as they prepare to go public. This is a pivotal opportunity to apply your expertise in technical accounting, PCAOB compliance, and audit readiness in a high-impact, client-facing role. About the Role: As a trusted advisor, you will help us guide our client through the complexities of the IPO process, ensuring their financial reporting meets all regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your role will be instrumental in preparing audit-ready documentation, streamlining reporting workflows, and offering strategic insights that will help facilitate a smooth transition to the public markets. Key Responsibilities: - Advise on IPO readiness and key milestones - Ensure technical accounting treatments are properly applied and documented - Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures - Guide the client through PCAOB-compliant audit processes - Translate complex regulations into actionable guidance for client stakeholders Ideal Candidate Profile: - CPA preferred - Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards - Hands-on experience supporting IPOs or public company readiness - Strong background in technical accounting and audit management - Excellent communicator who can simplify complex issues - Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
