Operations/Project Manager (For Digital Marketing Agency)

Are you a digital marketing project manager who can not only organize tasks and communicate with clients — but also roll up your sleeves to help execute SEO, manage ads, and build reports? We’re a growing digital marketing agency helping clients grow through SEO, Google Ads, conversion-focused web design, and lead generation strategies. We work with clients in industries like [insert industries if you want]. Our projects include full-service campaigns, landing pages, and monthly performance reporting. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager with digital marketing execution experience to coordinate internal teams, manage clients, and step in to help with day-to-day marketing tasks as needed. Project & Client Management: Serve as main point of contact for clients (updates, check-ins, timelines) Manage tasks and projects in [ClickUp/Asana/Trello] Coordinate with our team of writers, designers, developers, and marketers Keep all deliverables on schedule and flag blockers early Marketing Execution & Oversight: Edit and optimize web pages in WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify (basic HTML/CSS a plus) Assist with SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page, basic technical SEO) Monitor and help manage Google Ads campaigns (budgets, performance) Review lead submissions and track form data from CRM or landing pages Use Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Looker Studio for reporting Build/update monthly client performance reports ✅ Ideal Experience: 3+ years in a digital agency or marketing team Strong grasp of on-page SEO, content strategy, and basic technical SEO Google Ads campaign experience (Search + Display) Able to edit/update websites (WordPress or similar CMS) Familiar with Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio Excellent communication and writing skills for client interaction Experience with lead management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, etc.) ⏰ Availability: Part-time to start (15–20 hours/week), with opportunity to grow Must be available for some overlap with [your timezone or working hours]
