are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer with strong expertise in Adobe FrameMaker to join our documentation team. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to create high-quality, user-centric technical documentation using FrameMaker, and will be responsible for translating complex technical information into clear and concise content. You will work closely with product teams, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and usability of all documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Create and Maintain Technical Documentation: Produce user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, troubleshooting manuals, and other technical documents using Adobe FrameMaker. • FrameMaker Expertise: Leverage FrameMaker’s structured and unstructured templates to format documents, manage content, and produce high-quality, consistent output across multiple publications. • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to gather the technical information needed to create accurate documentation. • Content Structuring and Management: Organize complex information logically and clearly using FrameMaker’s powerful functionality, including cross-references, conditional text, and tables of contents. • Content Editing & Quality Assurance: Edit, proofread, and revise content for clarity, grammar, consistency, and technical accuracy, ensuring adherence to internal style guides and standards. • Work with Structured Authoring: Use FrameMaker’s structured authoring capabilities (XML, DITA) to create content that is modular, reusable, and easily maintained.
