We’re seeking a part-time, remote GoHighLevel Specialist to set up and optimize GHL for our real estate fund, focusing on lead generation, investor nurturing, and regulatory-compliant content. You’ll work closely with our CEO to understand our business style—direct, data-driven, and client-centric—and create systems that drive measurable results (e.g., investor inquiries, advisor engagement). This initial 1–3 month project could expand into managing larger marketing initiatives, like LinkedIn campaigns or full-scale funnels, as we grow. Key Responsibilities: - Set up GHL CRM to manage investor and advisor contacts, segmenting accredited/non-accredited investors and financial advisors. - Build and optimize lead capture funnels, landing pages, and email/SMS campaigns for multi-family housing and self-storage investments, ensuring SEC compliance. - Automate investor onboarding and follow-up workflows (e.g., prospectus downloads, webinar invites) using GHL triggers and integrations - Create 2–3 weekly LinkedIn posts within GHL, scheduling authentic content (e.g., fund updates, client stories) that aligns with our CEO’s voice. - Track performance using GHL analytics, reporting metrics like lead conversion rates or engagement to optimize campaigns. - Collaborate weekly via Zoom to refine systems and ensure alignment with our real estate fund’s goals. Requirements: - Experience: 3+ years using GoHighLevel, with 2+ years in finance, real estate, or regulated industries. Experience with Reg A funds or wealth management is a plus. - Proven Results: Portfolio showing GHL projects (e.g., funnels, CRM setups) with metrics (e.g., 20%+ lead growth, 15%+ engagement).
