Description: I’m hiring someone to migrate my current setup from ActiveCampaign to MailerLite Advanced—including all automation workflows, the email list, and the actual emails used within those automations. You will also help integrate ClickFunnels opt-ins, EverWebinar, and set up a Zapier connection from Calendly to MailerLite. This job requires precision. I need someone who handles everything personally—no outsourcing—and who will test every step until it works exactly as intended. If you're used to rushing through builds or handing things off to someone else, this isn’t the job for you. I’ve had poor experiences on Fiverr and want someone who genuinely cares about doing clean, correct work. Scope of Work: 1. Migration Rebuild all automation workflows from ActiveCampaign in MailerLite Advanced Import the full email list, including tags and segmentation Transfer all email content within automations, preserving formatting and functionality Recreate triggers, delays, actions, and conditions accurately 2. Integration Connect ClickFunnels opt-ins to the appropriate MailerLite list and automation Ensure EverWebinar registration data flows into MailerLite as needed Set up a Zapier automation between Calendly and MailerLite for post-booking enrollment 3. Testing and QA Test each opt-in flow from ClickFunnels, Calendly, and EverWebinar Confirm lead magnet/freebie delivery Ensure: Emails are delivered and formatted properly All links work Tags are applied correctly Automations execute fully without errors Unsubscribe links and footers function Requirements: Strong experience with MailerLite Advanced, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, and Zapier Attention to detail and a willingness to test everything This must be handled directly by the person hired—no team hand-offs Clear, professional communication Timeline and Budget: This is a focused project with a limited number of workflows.
