Editorial Assistant in medical education and content management

Position Summary: Our editorial team helps ensure the accuracy and quality of educational materials and delivers digital content ahead of release deadlines for multiple programs. We also monitor student feedback after releases and adjust content as needed. The editorial assistant must be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to support content and editorial operations under tight deadlines. Position Responsibilities: - Demonstrate expertise with spreadsheet software to facilitate smooth content delivery. - Organize and audit image files. - Prepare and copyedit assessment items and text that accompany lessons and cases. - Input and organize content in our Content Management System. - Provide initial quality assurance before content is released. - Adjust content as needed in response to student feedback. Minimum Skill or Experience Requirements - 3+ years experience in proofreading and editing instructional materials - Experience with content management software (e.g., Retool, AirTable) - Excellent writing, editorial, and research skills - Experience in creative content production (e.g., digital platforms or e-learning) preferred - Extremely detail-oriented - Comfort with online collaboration formats (e.g., Google suite, Zoom) - Eager attitude for working with cool people to make awesome new things
