Bird Eye Expert Needed for Reputation Management
We are a U.S.-based digital agency seeking an experienced contractor to support the oversight and ongoing optimization of a multi-location reputation management program using the Birdeye platform. This role will involve analyzing review data, refining reporting outputs, and identifying opportunities for operational and messaging improvement across 30+ facilities in the healthcare sector. We anticipate 10+ hours per week initially, maybe more. You will need to be available during normal working hours and have the skill set to guide our team on execution. Responsibilities: Oversee Birdeye reporting workflows and dashboard optimization Generate and QA daily summary reports and live dashboards by location Track and analyze review volume, sentiment, and patient response rates Benchmark performance against industry standards and historical baselines Help identify and flag negative review trends for internal escalation Support development of case studies based on selected review interactions Collaborate with internal team and client point-of-contact for adjustments and insights Ensure consistent data formatting and report delivery for executive-level visibility
