Presentation & Public Speaking Coach for Remote Team
A rapidly growing performance marketing agency is looking for a Presentation & Public Speaking Coach to help our fully remote team deliver stronger, more confident, and more persuasive presentations—internally, with clients, and at conferences. We're looking for someone who specializes in coaching professionals to elevate their communication skills, build confidence, and turn complex information into engaging stories. We are open to structured training engagements. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in coaching individuals and teams on: - Improving public speaking confidence, tone, and voice modulation - Crafting and delivering entertaining, persuasive, and professional presentations - Knowing what to say (and what not to say) when using slides - Managing unexpected questions and how to respond when you don’t know the answer - Handling negative feedback or difficult audience reactions with poise - Structuring presentations for clarity, storytelling, and engagement - Working with marketing, sales, or executive teams - 1:1 coaching and small group workshops You’d be in a position of advantage if you’re experienced with: - Communication training for marketing/advertising professionals - Executive coaching or leadership development - Storytelling frameworks for business (e.g., Hero’s Journey, SCQA) - Working with non-native English speakers - Confidence-building techniques - Remote coaching via Zoom or similar platforms - Giving feedback on both content and delivery
