We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the integration and operational launch of a national healthcare initiative serving older adults with dementia and their caregivers. This is a temporary, part-time position for a period of 3–6 months, with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities Oversee onboarding and operational integration of a variety of community-based partner organizations, including home care agencies and senior service providers. Coordinate implementation activities across multiple states, ensuring consistency and timeliness in execution. Develop and deliver training materials, documentation, and workflows to support scalable operations. Identify and resolve operational barriers in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure alignment with CMS compliance requirements, reporting standards, and program expectations. Qualifications Experience in multi-state healthcare start-ups, particularly in operations, implementation, or program management. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with CMS regulations and compliance in care delivery models. Background in working with home and community-based services (HCBS) or aging-focused organizations preferred. Strong skills in training delivery, process development, and inter-organizational coordination. Clinical or public health credentials (e.g., RN, LPN, MSW) are valued but not required.
