What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We’re looking for a Meta Ads pro to manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns on a monthly flat-fee basis per client. If you know how to structure high-converting campaigns, optimize for performance, and report results clearly. We’re an agency with recurring client needs, and we want a trusted Meta partner who can own the ads side for 1–5 clients at a time, with potential to grow. What You’ll Do: • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) • Build ad funnels for lead generation or conversions (depending on client goals) • Collaborate with our internal team (or client) on creative concepts, copy, and targeting • Continuously test and optimize: creative, audience, placements, budget, bidding • Provide clear monthly reports and performance insights with strategic next steps • Set up tracking (pixel events, custom conversions, UTM parameters, etc.) What We’re Looking For: • Proven success with Meta Ads campaigns (especially for service-based businesses or ecommerce) • Strong communicator who can explain strategy and performance clearly • Organized and dependable—able to manage multiple clients simultaneously • Bonus: experience with B2B, lead generation To Apply, Please share: • A quick intro and your approach to campaign strategy • Case studies or campaign results (screenshots welcome) • Your monthly fee structure or tiered pricing model • Any tools or systems you use to stay organized and report results
