Job Description We are seeking a motivated Freelance Sales Lead Generator to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role focuses exclusively on identifying and delivering qualified sales leads for CurryPro’s resume packages and LinkedIn optimization services, enabling our sales team to focus on closing deals and creating deliverables. You will target students, tradesmen, professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs across the United States, delivering leads daily to our team. This remote position offers the flexibility to use your own lead generation strategies while representing CurryPro professionally, with unlimited earnings potential based on your performance. This role is only open to U.S. residents. Responsibilities • Identify and generate qualified leads for CurryPro’s resume packages and LinkedIn optimization services, targeting students, tradesmen, professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs. • Verify lead viability by confirming interest in career services and collecting basic contact information (name, address, phone, email). • Deliver leads daily to CurryPro’s sales team via a shared Google Sheet by the end of each business day, including lead details and service interest. • Use your preferred lead generation strategies, ensuring all methods align with CurryPro’s professional standards, as outlined in our Independent Contractor Handbook. • Submit daily updates on lead generation progress via email or Google Drive, detailing the number of leads delivered and sources used. • Represent CurryPro professionally in all interactions with potential leads. Compensation • $15 per lead that results in a confirmed sale by the sales team (i.e., the client completes a purchase on www.currypro.net). • An additional $50 bonus per project if you deliver 50 or more leads, capped at one bonus per project, regardless of conversions. • There is no cap on the number of leads you can deliver or that can convert, offering unlimited earnings potential. For example, if you deliver 50 leads in a project and 15 result in a sale, you earn (15 x $15) + $50 = $275 for the project, with the potential to earn more as you deliver more leads. • Payments are made weekly via Venmo based on submitted invoices reflecting confirmed conversions and any applicable bonus. • Contractors with resume writing skills may have opportunities for additional roles (e.g., Freelance Resume Writer & Sales Representative), earning further compensation ($25 per resume + 20% commission on sales). Qualifications • Proven experience in lead generation or direct sales, with a track record of identifying and engaging potential clients. • Strong communication skills to engage potential leads professionally and collect required information. • Ability to develop and execute lead generation strategies remotely, using online tools or personal methods, while maintaining professionalism. • Resume writing skills are a plus and may lead to additional opportunities and compensation within CurryPro. • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily delivery targets (leads delivered by end of each business day). • Access to necessary tools (e.g., computer, internet) to perform the role. • Must be a U.S. resident and available for remote work with occasional virtual check-ins. Project Details This is a project-based role, with each project defined by a specific scope (e.g., deliver leads over 4 weeks, with no cap on quantity). Projects can be terminated with 5 days’ notice by either party, or immediately for cause, such as failure to meet daily delivery requirements or quality standards.
