Type: Part-Time, Contract (1099) Location: Remote (U.S. preferred) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $40/hour About the Role: We’re seeking a Paid Ad Specialist with 5–10+ years of hands-on experience running performance-driven campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and others. This is a part-time, project-based 1099 contractor role supporting one main in-house initiative with multiple campaigns under that project, and the flexibility to support additional client-facing projects as they arise. This is a month-to-month contract, with ongoing renewal contingent on meeting defined monthly performance targets. Responsibilities: - Own the strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) - Develop and manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and retargeting strategies - Track performance using analytics dashboards and report on key KPIs - Collaborate with internal stakeholders on creative direction and messaging alignment - Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and scale results - Support potential overflow client campaigns on an as-needed basis with additional hours - Consistently meet monthly performance goals (e.g., lead generation targets, ROAS benchmarks) to qualify for contract renewal Requirements: - 5–10+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution - Proven success managing multi-channel ad campaigns with measurable ROI - Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Suite) - Strong grasp of funnel strategy, lead generation, and retargeting flows - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with YouTube Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms - Familiarity with lead-gen funnels, UTM tracking, and CRM tools - Certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads) Estimated Commitment: - 10–15 hours/week to start, focused on the core project - Potential to expand hours if additional client work arises - Month-to-month contract; continuation based on performance outcomes How to Apply: Send your resume, a short note about your experience with multi-platform ad campaigns, and examples of past results (metrics or case studies appreciated).
