Remote B2B Prospecting Contractor (Part-Time)

We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused B2B Prospecting Contractor to join our team. This is a remote, flexible role that starts at 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to scale up based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage CEOs of midsized businesses ($5M-$250M in revenue). Follow a structured outreach process, utilizing provided email templates and phone script guidelines. Adapt messaging as needed, crafting custom emails and adjusting phone conversations when necessary. Log all activity in HubSpot (prior experience preferred but not required; onboarding provided). Schedule qualified meetings and ensure seamless handoff to the next step in the sales process. Maintain a high level of professionalism and engagement with prospective clients. Qualifications: 2+ years of cold calling experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or prospecting role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to follow a structured process while remaining adaptable in conversations. Experience with HubSpot (preferred) and Google Voice for outbound calling. U.S.-based, with availability to work within business hours of target clients. Commitment to a minimum of 4 months in the role. Compensation & Growth: Base Pay: $20/hour. Bonuses: $20 per additional call scheduled after 4 appointments in a month (bonus structure reviewed quarterly). $100 for each signed client resulting from scheduled meetings. Onboarding Pay: $17/hour for initial training. Scalability: Contractors who exceed goals (4-5 meetings booked/month, 1 conversion per quarter) will be proactively offered more hours.
