As we expand our product line, we’re looking for an experienced sourcing expert who can help us find top-tier suppliers and bring high-performance products to life — rivaling the quality of brands like Nike and Adidas. Responsibilities - Identify and vet new suppliers for performance apparel and accessories - Negotiate MOQs, pricing, lead times, and sampling terms - Upload weekly progress reports with clear next steps - Manage factory communication from sampling to production - Deliver supplier comparison reports with pros/cons breakdown - Maintain timelines and ensure quality standards are met - Proactively suggest alternatives in response to delays, tariffs, or material issues Requirements - 2+ years of sourcing proven experience with sportswear/activewear - Strong negotiation skills and clear, responsive communication - Extensive supplier network across Asia and/or Europe - Detail-oriented, responsive, and deadline-driven - Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations (sustainability, tariffs, etc.) - Bonus: Experience helping brands scale or improve COGS without sacrificing quality P.S.
