We're seeking an entrepreneurial, "lone wolf" B2B advertising sales professional to help propel our innovative startup from pre-revenue to revenue-generating stage this summer. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team of an exciting new venture spun out of a well-established (19-year, 65-employee) energy services company. Our platform connects corporate sponsors with homeowners to dramatically lower the costs of healthy home upgrades and energy retrofit projects. Role and Initial Scope: Leverage your existing network of business advertisers to secure initial ad placements and sponsorships Drive early-stage business development through outreach and relationship building Help refine our advertising value proposition based on market feedback Opportunity to expand into strategic or leadership roles as the company grows, potentially including equity or co-founder status Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in B2B ad sales with a robust network of existing relationships Prior experience at leading digital advertising companies (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, Meta, or similar) highly desirable Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an agile, rapidly evolving startup environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Results-driven individual able to independently manage outreach and sales pipelines Enthusiastic about contributing strategically to growth initiatives beyond immediate sales What You'll Bring: A strong existing network of potential advertisers Expertise in pitching innovative advertising solutions and sponsorship opportunities Experience navigating the transition from pre-revenue to early-stage revenue generation About the Project: By this summer, we'll have validated homeowner interest through surveys, focus groups, and an initial website launch.
