We leverage first-party data, automation, and AI-driven strategies to help our clients drive real business results—from increased leads and vehicle sales to optimized ROAS and e-commerce growth. We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Google Ads Specialist who can join our team to manage, optimize, and scale campaigns for our dealership and e-commerce clients. Responsibilities: ✅ Plan, build, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Display) ✅ Optimize campaigns based on conversion data, impression share, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and CPL ✅ Conduct keyword research, competitor audits, and build structured ad groups and SKAGs when necessary ✅ Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and ensure UTM accuracy for reporting ✅ Monitor dealership-specific KPIs (e.g., VDP views, phone calls, form fills) ✅ Collaborate with our in-house data and creative teams to build landing pages and dynamic ad variations ✅ Provide detailed weekly performance reports and actionable insights ✅ Stay on top of the latest trends, policies, and updates in the Google Ads ecosystem Requirements:
