About the Role: We're looking for a part-time Account Manager to support client relationships and keep projects running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role—especially within a creative or marketing environment. You’ll act as the day-to-day contact for clients, help coordinate internal resources and keep timelines and deliverables on track. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary point of contact for a small portfolio of clients • Manage communications, timelines, and deliverables • Translate client needs into clear tasks for the internal team • Assist with allocating internal resources based on project needs and timelines • Track progress and flag potential delays or roadblocks • Build and maintain strong, positive client relationships • Support account growth by identifying areas to add value • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth delivery • Maintain business development assets, and provide agency credentials to prospective clients • Track profitability of accounts Qualifications: • 3–5 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client services (agency experience a plus) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail • Basic understanding of marketing channels, audiences, and platforms like Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Comfortable working independently and in a remote environment • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
