Part-Time Paid Ads Specialist - Facebook Ads About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled and results-driven ads manager to lead Facebook Ads campaigns for a growing marketing company. This is a long-term, hourly role with flexible scheduling, averaging around 3-5 hours per week (although we understand new projects and set up times will likely require more flexibility). Google Ads experience would be helpful and extend the hours we can give you but is not necessary. You’ll be responsible for strategy, implementation, and optimization--with a strong focus on getting leads and improving performance over time. You are not required to be a designer, but either you'll be create designs yourself or use our design team by giving them clear creative direction. Key Responsibilities: -Develop & execute paid ad campaigns (Facebook + Google) -Write effective ad copy and provide strong creative briefs -Monitor campaign performance & adjust ad sets, targeting, and budgets -Optimize landing pages for conversion -A/B test ad copy, creative, and page elements -Track results and report weekly (CPL, CTR, ROI, etc.) -Stay updated on ad platform changes and performance trends Must-Have Skills: ✅ Experience managing and optimizing lead gen campaigns ✅ Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager (and Google Ads potentially) ✅ Clear, concise communication and regular updates ✅ Understanding of ad funnels, cold vs warm traffic ✅ Bonus: Experience with home services or local businesses Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Zapier - Elementor Familiarity with retargeting campaigns and lookalike audiences Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager Hours & Pay: Part-time (Approx. 3-5 hrs/week to start) Hourly pay, based on experience Flexible work hours (US time zone overlap preferred) To Apply: Answer These Questions: What types of businesses have you run paid ads for before?
