MVP Web Developer for Lead Platform
Request for Proposal (RFP) Project Title: HostSwitch Custom Platform Build & Automation Company: EBR LLC, DBA HostSwitch (link removed) Project Overview: HostSwitch is a fast-growing lead-matching platform that connects Airbnb and Vrbo property owners with trusted property management companies. We currently have a working MVP website built on Wix with strong design, but it lacks automation and backend functionality. We are open to either building on top of our current site to save time/cost, or starting fresh if it results in a better long-term structure. We’re seeking a web developer with no-code/low-code or lean full-stack experience to deliver a high-end looking MVP website with light automation and backend tools that support our small team’s ability to efficiently operate, convert leads, and manage submissions. Goals: Create a high-trust marketing site and lead intake experience for STR owners Display top PM matches for each lead via a clean and simple owner dashboard Enable internal tracking of leads, PM status, proposal activity, and deal conversions Trigger automated email/SMS alerts to team and partners when updates occur Core Requirements: Custom-designed Wix, Webflow, or comparable framework Owner intake form (embedded Typeform/Tally or custom) Owner dashboard with access to top 3 recommended PM matches (we provide data manually) Admin portal (or integrated Airtable/Sheets backend) to: View/manage lead status and PM communication steps Upload notes and proposal files Track whether PMs accepted and submitted proposals Full integration with: Airtable (lead and PM data management) Make.com or Zapier for automations Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Gmail notifications) Email alerts and lead tracking triggers Mobile responsive and visually polished UI (branding provided) Basic scoring logic or rule-based tag filters for matching logic (manual or semi-automated) Ideal Candidate: Experience building MVP platforms, lead funnels, or marketplaces Comfortable with low-code stacks and connecting backend tools Can deliver an elegant front-end UI with efficient backend logic Proactive communicator who can help document the system for hand-off and scale To Apply: Include examples of live or past projects (esp. matching, booking, lead gen, or admin tools) Tell us what stack you'd use and why (Wix/Webflow vs. from-scratch) Confirm ability to complete project in 3–4 weeks (we are ready to begin immediately) Deliverables: Live MVP website hosted and fully functioning Owner and admin dashboard workflows active All forms integrated with Airtable backend and automation setup Clear documentation and tutorial/hand-off materials for our team
