SDR/B2B Sales Lead for Mental Health Benefit

Hello! We are seeking an SDR/B2B Sales Lead to join our team. Please see below for more details. (Job description is also attached.) Thanks! The Samata Health Team -- 2025 B2B Sales Lead/SDR JOB DESCRIPTION SDR will spend at least 10 hours per week on the following tasks: -Conducting cold outreach with the goal of booking qualified meetings, targeting titles as defined by Samata Health, via cold emailing. -Running and managing outbound campaigns using Apollo. -Lead prospecting and email personalization to effectively engage high-priority leads. -CRM management, with a solid understanding of optimizing workflows and tracking performance. -Optimizing outbound campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve performance and providing regular status reports. -Designing creative sales campaigns, driving growth through innovative strategies and targeted outreach. -Our ideal candidate will also eventually be able to conduct sales calls and demos with a warm, personable approach, building rapport with HR leaders on sensitive topics such as mental health and DEI. REQUIRED SKILLS -Strong sales email copywriting skills for B2B audiences, with experience targeting SMBs, mental health services, and employee benefits. -Familiarity with modern sales tools and platforms, including those that leverage AI to enhance sales copy. (We use Apollo.) -Expertise in cold email deliverability to maximize outreach success.
