What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We are seeking a HubSpot expert with a strong background in sales and marketing automation to help us build and optimize our funnels, automated email campaigns, and client journeys. This role requires both hands-on implementation and team training, ensuring our internal staff can confidently manage and optimize the system after setup. Scope of Work: Develop and implement tailored sales funnels for multiple audience segments. Build automated email workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and re-engagement. Create and optimize client journeys using HubSpot tools (workflows, lead scoring, list segmentation, sequences, etc.). Set up dashboards and reporting to monitor funnel performance. Conduct team training sessions on how to use, manage, and update funnels and automation. Provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and HubSpot best practices. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hubs (certifications a plus). Deep understanding of CRM automation, lead lifecycle stages, and campaign performance tracking. Ability to clearly explain systems and processes to non-technical team members. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Project Timeline: We’re looking to begin immediately and would like the initial implementation and training to be completed within 4–6 weeks, with possible ongoing work afterward.
