Google & Meta Ads Manager – Lead Generation for Local Painting Business (Creative Included)
We’re a professional painting company based in Omaha, Nebraska, looking for a Google and Meta Ads expert to generate real, qualified leads—not just clicks or vanity metrics. We’re not new to advertising. What we need is someone who can step in, clean up, and deliver consistent estimate requests from targeted local homeowners and commercial clients. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Experience running lead gen campaigns for painters or home services ✅ Ability to build and optimize Google & Meta campaigns from scratch ✅ Willingness to test creative, refine targeting, and monitor CPL closely ✅ Ability to edit or create ad creative from supplied images or phone-recorded videos ✅ Clear communication and regular, actionable performance updates Must-Haves: Proven track record (please include real results) Access to or ability to build high-performing video & static ad creative Understanding of how to convert interest into estimate requests or CRM leads Ability to integrate or troubleshoot lead flow into CRMs (we use DripJobs) Bonus If You: Have worked with painters or local contractors before Understand seasonal trends and localized messaging Can offer light CRM or automation support (not required) Compensation: We are open to: Flat monthly rates or Hourly rates with defined scope Please start your proposal with the word “Leads” so I know you read the post.
