Hello! We are a 3-year-old residential battery & solar designer and installer in the greater Seattle/PNW area. Very successful so far via paid social media ads and manufacturer leads. Our revenues are running at $2M/year. We offer white-glove service and have a perfect 5.0-star google rating from our beloved customers! Over 3 years, we have collected many hundreds of leads and email addresses, but not yet begun an email campaign. We are seeking an experienced email marketing specialist to assist in setting up an email marketing system and initial campaigns from scratch, and training us on best practices. Ultimately, we foresee emailing 2,000 - 5,000 people about 2x per month. The project will involve selecting the appropriate email marketing platform, configuring the initial setup, and creating a targeted email database. Plus of course helping us navigate through the many minefields and pitfalls of this channel. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in email marketing, familiarity with various platforms, and the ability to strategize for effective audience engagement. If you're passionate about driving campaigns that deliver results, we'd love to hear from you. We're not looking for someone to handle everything autonomously without us. We desire an expert who can handle the tough or sensitive tasks, but help us do the tedious things ourselves. Ultimately, you will train our team to manage the campaigns and platform, add more emails to our lists, and help us make strategic changes and solve problems.
