**Job Title: Project Manager - RevOps Agency (Freelance)** **Overview:** We are on the lookout for a talented Project Manager to join our RevOps Agency as a freelancer. This role is essential for ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong communication with clients. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in project management, particularly within operations. - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce is essential. - Experience or knowledge in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) is preferred. **Responsibilities:** - Oversee sprint planning and task allocation using Asana, ensuring clarity on who is responsible for each task and the timelines for completion. - Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure deliverables are met efficiently. - Maintain effective communication with clients through various channels, including Slack, email, and meetings. - Develop comprehensive project plans and documentation to support project execution. **Team Structure:** You will collaborate closely with a revenue architect who will outline project requirements, as well as work alongside RevOps Managers, Admins, and Analysts who will execute the tasks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** This position is tailored for someone transitioning from an operations role into project management or a Project Manager with a solid understanding of RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps.
