You’ll own everything from initial setup through ongoing optimization, working closely with our small sales team to turn clicks into customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Setup - Structure targeted Search campaigns for Medical, Aerospace, Industrial, and Firearms segments - Launch Remarketing and Performance Max pilots 2. Conversion Tracking & Analytics - Implement tracking for form submissions, spec downloads, and phone calls (GA4 & GTM) - Build a live dashboard to monitor cost-per-lead and lead volume 3. Ad Copy & Landing Page Recommendations - Craft clear, benefits-driven ads (“Extend tool life by 2×,” “Same-day coating quotes”) - Advise on landing-page tweaks to boost form fills and calls 4. Ongoing Optimization - Weekly search-term audits and negative-keyword management - Bid & budget adjustments (Target CPA, Max Conversions) - A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and form lengths 5. Collaboration & Reporting - Bi-weekly performance reviews with CEO and sales lead - Coordinate with lab manager for case-study material and client testimonials What You’ll Accomplish - First 4–6 weeks: Launch Search + Remarketing campaigns, set up accurate lead-tracking, deliver first qualified leads - 3-month horizon: Achieve consistent cost-per-lead within target range, double lead volume from baseline - 6-month horizon: Scale spend responsibly to drive a steady stream of high-value quotes for new pilot projects Ideal Profile: - 5+ years in Google Ads, with a track record in B2B service lead-gen or industrial markets - Proven success generating high-value, low-volume leads (e.g., quote requests, phone calls) - Strong hands-on skills: Search, Remarketing, Performance Max - Fluent in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and call-tracking integration - Ability to write concise, benefit-focused ad copy for technical audiences - Bonus: Experience selling to medical, aerospace, or defense buyers
