Google Ads Specialist Needed to Launch & Manage Campaigns for New Construction Company
I’m preparing to launch a new construction company and am looking for an experienced Google Ads expert or agency to help us hit the ground running with a strategic, well-optimized ad campaign. Our goal is to generate high-quality leads and increase brand visibility in our target local market. Scope of Work: -Research and identify high-converting keywords relevant to residential/commercial construction services -Set up and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, possibly Display & Local Service Ads) -Create compelling ad copy that converts Implement conversion tracking and proper campaign tagging -Monitor performance and continuously optimize for cost-per-lead and ROI -Provide regular performance reports and recommendations -Advise on landing page improvements if needed Ideal Candidate: -Proven experience running successful Google Ads campaigns for service-based or construction businesses -Google Ads certified preferred -Strong understanding of local SEO, geotargeting, and lead generation best practices -Results-driven with an analytical mindset -Excellent communication and reporting skills This is a long-term opportunity for the right person/team.
